Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited (articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
The information on this website is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual commitment. One Chauffeur cannot be held responsible for the content of the websites it links to.
Personal data
One Chauffeur is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data collected and purposes
Through the booking form: pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time, vehicle category, email address, phone number and any details you add. Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and message. This data is used to:
- answer your request and organise the service: pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR);
- meet our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (article 6.1.c GDPR).
Recipients and retention
The data is intended exclusively for One Chauffeur and its technical providers (hosting, audience measurement), acting as processors. Some of them may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. The data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
- Requests not followed up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the legal retention periods (10 years for accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, to withdraw your consent at any time and to set guidelines for the handling of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@onechauffeur.fr; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
